GDPR &
Data Rights
This page sets out your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies because this site is operated from, and hosted within, the European Union. It should be read alongside the Privacy Policy.
What we process
As explained in the Privacy Policy, this site processes basic server connection logs and optional Google Analytics data only when you give permission through the analytics banner. Declining keeps analytics disabled.
Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — ask what data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete data we hold about you.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Portability — ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — clear the site’s local storage or email us to withdraw analytics consent.
How to exercise your rights
Email gdpr@milfs.party with your request. Because this site holds so little personal data, most requests can be answered quickly - typically within one month, as required by GDPR.
Legal basis for processing
Server logs are processed under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for security, abuse prevention and keeping the site running. No special category data is collected, and no automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
International transfers
This site is hosted within the European Union. If that ever changes, or if a service outside the EU/EEA is introduced, this page will be updated to explain the safeguards used.
Complaints
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can contact us directly, or lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority. A full list of EU supervisory authorities is maintained by the European Data Protection Board.
